Refund Policy

This policy explains the limited circumstances in which Awafresh Farms may approve a refund after payment has been made.

When A Refund May Apply

Refunds are considered on confirmed and paid orders where Awafresh Farms is unable to fulfil the dispatch obligation or where the shipment fails in a material way that is outside the customer’s control.

  • Awafresh is unable to dispatch after receiving payment.
  • The item or items are lost in transit and cannot be recovered within a reasonable timeframe.

When A Refund May Not Apply

Refunds may be declined where delays arise from incorrect customer information, customs restrictions outside our control, refusal to accept delivery, or where natural product variation falls within the expected profile of agricultural goods already agreed at the point of sale.

How To Request A Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your order details, proof of payment, and a clear explanation of the issue. We may ask for supporting information from the carrier or from the buyer to verify the claim.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment route or another agreed method within a reasonable processing period after verification.
